Phoenix Budget Proposal vote effect on the Parks system.  Were not as bad off as we could have been.  At least for now.  The parks will be open 7 day a week, not the proposed 5.  The horse patrols are going away.  The opening times as of right now are not changing but the closing will be 7:00 PM or sunset, whichever is EARLIER.  The restrooms will only be unlocked during the open hours of the park, so it might not be a good idea to get off the trail after closing time if you got to go.  If I get anything else, or you have any questions that need to be answered, let me know and I’ll try to answer them to all.  Larry
